Our client is a hardworking cement mason living in northern Minnesota who was riding his Harley Davidson one spring day. He does not remember the facts of the accident. According to the accident report, our client was traveling westbound on a city street; the defendant driver was traveling eastbound from a parking lot onto the same roadway. The defendant driver failed to yield the right of way and turned in front of our client's motorcycle, causing the collision. Our client sustained a broken tibia and fibula with rod and plates surgically placed. He had a shattered hip socket that required surgery to insert screws and plates. Our client's medical bills exceeded $180,000.

A 47 year old man, a volunteer and Patriot rider, was killed in a motorcycle accident when another car pulled out in front of him in heavy traffic.

Icy roads caused a collision for our client. Our client and her husband were traveling to Colorado to spend time at Christmas with relatives. She was a passenger in a vehicle at the time of a side impact collision to the passenger side. Her case was ultimately a battle with her own insurance company that required Jeffrey Sieben to take this case to court because she was offered only $15,000 to settle the case prior to her trial.

Our client was a school bus driver who was involved in a very tragic accident. A 16 year old boy lost control of his vehicle and crossed into the bus's lane of traffic. After first hitting a pick-up truck, the boy's vehicle was directly in front of our client's school bus and he had no option to avoid the collision. As a result, the school bus broadsided the boy's vehicle. The 16 year old driver was killed in the accident and his 15 year old brother was severely injured.

Our client was a 38 year old police officer who was off-duty when his vehicle was rear-ended at a high speed. There was significant property damage to both of the vehicles involved in the collision. Our client received back injuries.

Everyone wants their wedding reception to be memorable and exciting. Opportunities for unique entertainment open up when one hosts their own wedding reception at a private residence. However, one would-be form of entertainment turned dangerous when two men filled a freezer full of explosives and shot it with a rifle. The freezer exploded but the wedding crowd was much too close. The mens' antics caused a severe injury when a young woman, a guest at the reception, was caught in the throat by a piece of flying shrapnel.

A semi truck barreling down the highway was passed by a state trooper who clocked him speeding. The trooper slowed to turn around to pursue the truck and witnessed the truck go around a corner too fast, cross the center line with the trailer and hit our client's minivan. Our client's minivan was knocked off the road and our client received significant neck, low back and left leg injuries.

Our client from California was in his Minneapolis hotel room after a long day attending a work conference. He was taking a shower when a large panel fell from the ceiling of the shower and hit our client in the face, very near his right eye.  The incident was reported to the front desk and a maintenance engineer came to his room but was unable to reinstall the panel. 

Our client was a passenger on a boat when the boat was involved in a high speed collision with another boat on Lake Minnetonka. She suffered serious injuries from the boat accident and Jeffrey Sieben settled her case for $130,000.

Three teens were traveling home on a dark, gravel road. The driver was going too fast and lost control of the vehicle on a curve. Due to her inexperience, she hit the gas rather than the brake. The car went off the road and hit a tree. Our client's son was killed as a result of the accident and another passenger was severely injured and was in a coma.  The driver was not seriously injured.
